As I’m sure that everyone knows, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  One of the groups that I’m in on Ravelry had said that they wanted to do a KAL for breast cancer.  A fellow raveler had posted the link to Classic Elite website that had this very cute scarf pattern and I thought I would share it here.

So I shared K.’s hat in yesterday’s post and now I’m sharing L.’s.  Same pattern, just using Knit Picks Cotlin in Lantana that was left over from her sweater I made her.  While K.’s was done in seed stitch, I did the mistake rib stitch for L.’s.  I love that stitch!  Personally, the seed stitch and the mistake rib stitch have got to be my most favorite stitches.  They’re easy enough to master and produce beautiful results.

The button, picked out by L., is a lip button I’ve had in my stash since probably the beginning of time.  She don’t mind the fact either that Mama stitched it on upside down (ahem).
